Who Can Make a Referral?
Referrals to Kapwa Care Solutions can be made by a wide range of people involved in a participant’s care. This includes NDIS participants themselves or their families, Support Coordinators and Local Area Coordinators (LACs), healthcare professionals such as GPs and allied health providers, as well as community organisations and advocacy groups.
